HVAC Charts Return(s) Policy

All sales from the HVAC Charts store and this website are final. We DO NOT Accept returns on our products unless there has been an issue with damage due to shipping.

All returns require prior authorization from our customer service department. All returns must clearly display a return authorization number obtained from HVAC Chart's customer services. Packages not displaying RAN (return authorization number) will be refused.

Authorized returns for goods other than defective merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Defective goods will be replaced (not credited) upon receipt of defective merchandise.
